2Source code developed for client projects becomes client property only after full payment is made.
3Until full payment, MLN.OFFICE retains copyright over all created materials.
4We reserve the right to include completed projects in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5We cannot guarantee that the desired domain name is available or that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
1MLN.OFFICE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of our services.
2Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the respective services.
3We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or absolutely secure operation of developed websites and applications.
4The client is responsible for provided content and ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.
5We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (hosting, domains, external APIs).
Changes to Terms

Applicable Law
1These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.
2Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved amicably.
3If amicable resolution is not possible, jurisdiction belongs to the courts of Romania.
4For consumers, provisions of GEO 193/2000 regarding distance contracts apply.
5In case of conflict between the Romanian version and other language versions, the Romanian version prevails.
